Originally constructed in the mid 1980's, the structures were utilitarian in design and understated.  A bold new facade expression at the main entrance celebrates the arrival of visitors.  Special attention was given to enhancing the interior environment of the atrium with Anegre wood paneling and Minnesota limestone accents.  Public corridors were reconfigured to proper leasing depths.  Elevators were overhauled to optimize performance, safety and design.  Parking was improved with better circulation and illumination.
