The City of Shoreview needed to define a land use policy for 225 acres formerly owned by the University of Minnesota.  Working within specific guidelines established by the former owner and in conjunction with city staff we created a master plan that accommodates the multi-dimensional needs of the community.  This mixed-use development consists of office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing and city recreational ball fields.
