This commercial office development master site plan consists of four office buildings, four parking decks, and connecting skyways creating a miniature atmosphere amidst park like surroundings overlooking Normandale Lake and Hyland Lake Park Reserve. Responsibilities included working with the City of Bloomington through the city zoning and site plan review approval processes, and the coordination of traffic studies and air/noise quality testing. |
