This commercial office development master site plan consists of five office buildings, five parking decks, and connecting skyways creating a miniature downtown atmosphere amidst park like surroundings overlooking Normandale Lake and Hyland Lake Park Reserve.  Responsibilities include working with the City of Bloomington through the city zoning and site plan review approval processes, and the coordination of traffic studies and air/noise quality testing.
