A large central lake provides each building site with scenic views, a sense of openness, and connection to the pedestrian walkway around the lake. An outdoor commons area is planned to offer informal gathering spaces with gardens and seating areas. The park gets its name from one "grand" oak tree, the largest in the City of Eagan, sitting within a specimen stand of oaks that were preserved as part of this development. |
