A 153,000 sq. ft. single story, build-to-suit office building located in Eden Prairie, MN.  A key objective of the development was to integrate the project into the surrounding area creating a unique place to work within the vibrant community while enjoying the views of the Minnesota River Valley.  The design incorporates multiple points of entry that accommodates the current single tenant occupancy, with the ability to adapt to possible future multi-tenant use.  It will serve as the initial phase of CH Robinson's Corporate Campus.
